Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days with weekly postal drop-off. All orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic parcels typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. However, due to COVID-19 and USPS overloads, please be patient with your postmen! Parcels may be delayed by several days (or weeks in high traffic postal centers).

International shipping time varies by location, and orders may experience customs or COVID-related delays. International deliveries typically range between 1 to 4 weeks but may take up to 8 weeks, so please take this into consideration when ordering internationally. International tracking updates may halt, so check your shipping progress frequently. International customers are responsible and subject to local custom fees and policies, including the new EU value-added tax laws.

Orders containing only stickers will be shipped without tracking in a standard letter envelope.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering allows you to get first dibs on new products for less than full price! Orders containing pre-orders with in-stock merchandise will only ship when the pre-order item is ready. Check pre-order listings for status updates!

Gifts

Ordering for friends or family? Leave a gift message for your loved ones in the order notes! The message will be included in the package or envelope. International orders will never be marked as a gift for customs.

Refunds & Cancellations

For goods damaged in transit or lost during shipment, please contact me as soon as possible! If your parcel is missing part of your order, I will mail the correct item to you. I am not responsible for the pick-up of your order, so please check your tracking number to know when it's delivered. I cannot assist with packages marked as delivered by USPS. All sales are final, but do not hesitate to reach out for questions or concerns! I am happy to reach a solution with you about your purchase.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, it will be fully refunded through the payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). Refunds should appear within 30 days depending on the platform. Orders that could not be fulfilled in August through October 2021 were refunded.

COVID-19

I recieved my first vaccine dose on 04/26/2021 and second dose on 05/18/2021. My first booster was recieved on 01/22/22. Orders are packaged using gloves, and products are stored in closed drawers and packs. My current living situation is located in Washington state with an emotional support cat.
